Each resident is assessed and our care plans are designed to fit each resident's particular requirements. At Oasis Assisted Home Care, our homes provide pleasant rooms, meals, housekeeping, laundry, medications, companionship, transportation, personal hygiene, hair care, shopping and friends to talk to. You have the choice of either a private or semi-private room. Our rates are very competitive -- depending on the level service of care being provided. At Oasis Assisted Home Care our trained professional care manager is a State Licensed Registered Nurse, and we have a 1-to-4 caregiver-to-resident ratio. SERVICES WE PROVIDE - 24-hour emergency response system monitored by on-site Caregiver. - 24-hour security provided by on-site Care Staff who lives in the home. - Regular blood pressure, weight and nutritional status checks - Daily monitoring of medication management - Daily hygiene care and assistance - Regular monitoring for general health and well-being - Three delicious home cooked meals served daily in a family-style setting. - Fresh and nutritious snacks always available - Daily and weekly housekeeping/linen services - Transportation, example to and from doctor’s office - Shopping, Daily Activities – board games, bingo, singing, walking, etc. Our Care Homes: - Are licensed to the highest level of care by state standards - Have cozy private or semi private room designed for comfort, security, and privacy - Are equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors - Are equipped with ADT Security Monitoring and Emergency Response system - Are equipped with safe, barrier-free bathrooms - Are equipped with Centralized Air Conditioning - Are equipped with all utilities About Our Staff - Our trained/experienced Professional Care Manager is a State Licensed Registered Nurse. - In each home there is a 1-to-4 Caregiver-to-Resident Ratio.
